Recipe of Finger Lickin Mix Vegetable
This recipe of Finger Lickin Mix Vegetable is simple, easy. It’s a recipe that you’ll want to cook again and again. Vegetables are healthy but when multiple veges are combined together with spices they turn out to be super healthy and yummilicious. It can be served at both lunch and dinner time. Mix vegetable can be enjoyed with Chapatti, pulkas, naan, puris and even with boiled rice.

Cauliflower ¼ Kilo
Tomatoes 3 medium Chopped
Peas 1 cup
Onion 1 medium sized
Green Chilies 4 to 5
Spinach Leaves ½ cup finely chopped
Garlic 8 to 10 cloves finely chopped
Coriander Powder 2 tea spoon
Turmeric Powder ½ tea spoon
Red Chilie powder 1½ tea spoon
Table salt As to taste
All Spices powder (Garam Masala) ¼ teaspoon
Oil 1 cup
All vegetables to be cut in to small cubes.
Heat oil and put chopped garlic and fry until slightly pink.
Put chopped tomatoes, fry for a minute, then cover wok with the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add onions and fry them a little.
Now add all the remaining vegetables one by one, fry the first a little before adding new vegetables.
Do not add green chilies.
The order should be like; First onions, then carrots, peas, potatoes, cauliflower, capsicum and so on.
In the add add Salt, red chilie powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and all spice powder ( garam masala).
Put the wok on simmer.
Let them cook on a very low flame.
Keep stirring the vegetables after short intervals.
When all vegetables are soft and tender add whole green chilies.
Keep on low flame for another 5 to 8 minutes.
While serving garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot along with raita, salad, chapatti or naan.
You can also add chicken if you prefer.
Some other vegetables can also be added. they are totally optional and depends upon your taste buds like; Turnip, french beans, cabbage, etc.
