FOOD EXPERIENCE

We ordered 4 meals; Goldie Lox, Farmers Omelette, Habanero Omelette and 1 Buttermilk pancake with maple syrup (they have a choice of chocolate syrup aswel). All egg breakfasts were served with potatoes, roasted tomatoes and sausages. I suggest that Tomatoes could be a little more roasted. Sausages were lightly seasoned and tasted good. A basket of bread was also served alongside the eggs with choice of white bread, bran bread or a mix.

Goldie Lox:

Goldie Lox had actually scrambled eggs with Turkey bacon and cream cheese. Scrambled eggs had soft curd appearance, perfect yellow color and dissolved well in the mouth. They tasted even better when taken along with cream cheese and bacon.

Farmers omelette:

The egg was good…  Fluffy with a perfect combination of cheddar cheese, mushrooms and basil. We requested for a customized version with red and green chilies on top which made the omelette perfect for my sister’s liking.

Habanero Omelette:

This one was my favorite. They had the option of feta and ricotta cheese for filling and I decided to go with feta. The omelette was perfectly cooked and folded with the filling of diced feta and herbs. The flavor of soft feta with herbs and hot omelette was simply delectable and perfect for my taste.

Buttermilk pancakes:

The buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup, vanilla ice cream and banana slices were deliciously prepared which made it difficult for us to stop eating them even after we had literally stuffed ourself with omelette, bread and tea/coffee. So much so that my sister ate half of her niece’s leftover (massacred) pancake.

We also ordered Tea, Cappuccino and Caramel Iced coffee. Tea was excellent. Cappuccino was good and caramel iced coffee was also good but could be a little more caramelly.

I would definitely suggest others to visit Habanero for breakfast. I’m sure they’ll be equally good for other courses as-well. I will give them a try once again.
