Insert a tooth pick to check, if it comes out clean take out the tray.
Cool for 5 minutes and take out from the tray.
You can serve it with Strawberries, Chopped Bananas, whipped cream, tea, coffee or as it is.
Do not mix the batter until smooth. Mix only until moistened. The batter should be lumpy.
Over mixing can result in chewy or hard muffins.
You can also add some chopped nuts in the mixture, but I don’t prefer as I have kids who are not fond of nuts.
